I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms might have seemed a bit dull at first, but upgrading to a balcony room made all the difference. The balconies were fantastic, offering a great view and added comfort. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, making my stay truly relaxing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and met all our needs, although a bit small as we almost bumped into the flatscreen when moving around the bed. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice staff, especially the manager who was very helpful in resolving any issues we encountered. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach, pharmacy, convenience store, bank, currency exchange, shopping, and numerous dining options. The dining experience was a mix of good and subpar offerings, with La Playa at Los Arcos hotel being very good, while the sister restaurant buffet fell short. The facilities were well-kept, and the hotel boasted a comfy lobby area with crisp linens and sparkling bathrooms.
